Exercising
It's so fun for us to watch Mila grow and discover her surroundings. A lot of people would consider it boring to watch a baby be a baby, but Mom and Dad find it fascinating! Click play for a little video of our girl in her current favorite place to hang!

Stats
MQ went to the doctor today for her 4 month appointment. These are her current stats:
Length 23.5 inches = between percentile 10 and 25
Weight 14.4 lbs = between percentile 50 and 75
Head Circumference 40.5 centimeters = between percentile 25 and 50
She usually goes to bed around 8:30 and typically wakes up around 4am, eats, and goes back to sleep until almost 8am. She's quite good at rolling over now, but gets stuck once she's on her belly and becomes pretty mad about it. The exersaucer is her new favorite place to hang out as her floor gym seems to have lost its appeal. It's a little too early for solid food, but we let her gnaw on a piece of focaccia bread for a few carefully observed minutes the other day. She loved it and it's very fitting as Mommy's first taste of solid food was a biscuit. We also let her lick a tiny piece of avocado and a strawberry. Daddy keeps joking about giving her a sip of Coke! Bath time is always a joy and she likes when we look at picture books together...for about three minutes, then she's over it. She's not really into the pacifier, which is fine with us, but that may change. It seems she is constantly moving her little legs and arms and usually making quite a bit of noise at the same time.
Most days she's a pretty happy baby, and we couldn't be happier parents!

Rolling, Rolling, Rolling
Over the past few days Mila has been tackling the monumental feat of rolling over. Mom spied Mila attempting this all on her own while lying down on the floor gym, and she hasn't stopped trying since. Click on play to see one of her near successful efforts.
